The Alicante stop will have twelve food trucks with the best street food, an acoustic concert by Guaraná, a performance by comedian Raúl Antón, children's activities and more than forty stands in the fashion and crafts market.

With this edition, it will be the tenth time that the Alacant Street Market tour stops in the city of Alicante. From March 20 to 23, Seneca square will be filled with color and flavor, thanks to the twelve vintage style foodtrucks that will offer delicious street food for all tastes: smash burgers, signature hot dogs, Thai cuisine, Colombian arepas, Mexican nachos, Argentinean meats and dumplings, international brioches, pizzas with an Argentinean touch, delicious pancakes and waffles... In addition to this great gastronomic offer, there will be concerts and free activities for the whole family, including the acoustic performance of Guaraná (Saturday, 21:30h), the show in Dj Session format of the comedian Raúl Antón (Thursday, 21h), the tribute to The Beatles by The Liverpool Band (Saturday, 13:30h) and the performance of Edy the Clown (Saturday, 12:30h). The perfect icing on the cake will be the more than forty stands of the design, fashion and crafts market, where you will find many curiosities. You can check the complete program below.

Guaraná

Guaraná is a Spanish pop band formed in 2000 in Alicante, which is characterized by its melodic, fresh and energetic Latin sound, fusion of several genres, and by the elaborate lyrics of their songs, mainly of a romantic nature. They achieved great popularity since their debut, with well-known songs such as “En la casa de Inés”, “Échame a mí la culpa” or “Ay Carmela”, from their first album “El efecto Guaraná” (2000) Then came their second album “Vampiros en la Habana” (2001), with hits such as “Corazón suicida” or “Segunda piel”, and one of their most sung singles, “Noche en vela” (2004). Currently, the only member of the band that continues with their legacy is vocalist Juanra Arnaiz, which we can enjoy in a more intimate way, in an acoustic version.

Raúl Antón

Raúl Antón is a Valencian comedian who became known mainly for his videos on social networks commenting and parodying the customs of his beloved land. The runners, the Bakalao Route, Canal 9, the waste in public works or Valencia CF -of which he is a staunch supporter- are some of his star videos, whose catchphrases are repeated by his followers, such as the popular “See you later, Mari Carmen”. The style of his videos is characteristic, full of Valencian phrases and the selfie shot that defines him. His performance in Alacant Street Market will be in Dj Music Show format, mixing his particular humor with his particular music…

The Liverpool Band

The Liverpool Band is a musical formation born in Alicante in 1997, which over time has become one of the best tribute bands of The Beatles, internationally. Their musical and artistic interpretation has achieved a high level of loyalty to the English quartet, having been invited several times to Liverpool, on the occasion of the “International Beatles Week”, where they performed at the legendary pub “The Cavern”. Their European projection has also taken them to the stage of the prestigious “Beatles Day” in Mons (Belgium) and to participate in the tenth edition of the French “Beatles Night”, held in Lille. In 2016, they were again invited to the 30th anniversary of the “International Beatles Week” in Liverpool”, where they gave eight concerts in iconic venues of the city.

Dingolondango

Dingolondango is a vintage music band, inspired by the best jazz, latin jazz, swing and bossa nova trios and quartets of the first half of the 20th century. Their select repertoire, with danceable songs for all audiences, evokes the Broadway swing of the golden years, with Sito Soler (drums), César Sánsano (bass), Pablo León (sax and trumpet) and Primo Josu (guitar, ukulele and vocals).
