The Clown Edy and Nena Daconte's acoustic concert will open the foodtruck fair in Villena, which will feature a total of five free concerts and three children's performances.
For the third time, the Paseo Chapí of Villena will host one of the stops of the Alacant Street Market Tour, which will feature concerts by Nena Daconte, Fusa Nocta, Almacor and The Liverpool Band, among others. Twelve will be the foodtrucks that will fill the downtown promenade of Villena with varied street food, with specialties from different countries. Thus, we will be able to taste gourmet hamburgers, signature hot dogs, Thai cuisine, Argentinean grill and empanadillas, Mexican food, Colombian arepas and, of course, delicious crepes and waffles.

Nena Daconte

Nena Daconte is the musical project of Spanish singer and songwriter Mai Meneses. After her brief stint in Operación Triunfo, Mai self-released her first album “He perdido los zapatos” in 2005, which included her famous singles “Idiota” and “En qué estrella estará”, receiving several awards as a revelation group. In 2008, she released her second album “Retales de Carnaval” and the single “Tenía tanto que darte”, one of his best known songs. The following albums would be “Una mosca en el cristal” (2010) and “Sólo muerdo por ti” (2013). After a six-year hiatus would come “Suerte…” (2019) and “Casi perfecto” (2023). In 2024, the artist from Madrid has wanted to have a detail with her fans and perhaps also with her past self, giving a new life to her first song “Vuelve”, together with the musician Chema Moreno.
Fusa Nocta

Fusa Nocta, whose real name is Miriam Nares Signes, has been composing since she was a child, with rap, trap and R&B being her preferred musical styles. The artist from Gandía was a participant in Factor X, a television program in which she sowed the seed of her future professional career, and in which she dazzled the demanding member of the jury, Risto Mejide. Her two most played tracks on Spotify are “No Gyals” and “Mi Familia”, the latter being the one with which he participated in Benidorm Fest 2023. Her latest release is titled “Otra noche más”.
Almacor

Almacor is an urban music singer and songwriter born in Villena, who started his career at the end of 2019, uploading his first songs to platforms independently. His first EP, “Melancoliz”, is a fusion of urban afrobeats, reggaeton and dancehall rhythms, and according to the artist, it means that sometimes melancholy is not only sadness, but can also have a point of happiness. Despite his short career, Almacor has already collaborated with well-known urban artists such as Chimabala, Luigi21Plus or Henry Méndez.
Días de Radio

Días de Radio is a pop-rock cover band from Alicante, formed by musicians with a long career behind them. In their repertoire you can find great hits that have accompanied us all our lives, from the classics of the 60-70’s, through the hits of the 80’s movida madrileña, the songs that marked the 90’s and even the most current of the national scene. Miguel Ríos, Los Secretos, Pereza, El Canto del Loco, Sergio Dalma… are some of the groups and artists that you can listen and dance to.
The Liverpool Band

The Liverpool Band is a musical formation born in Alicante in 1997, which over time has become one of the best tribute bands of The Beatles, internationally. Their musical and artistic interpretation has achieved a high level of loyalty to the English quartet, having been invited several times to Liverpool, on the occasion of the “International Beatles Week”, where they performed at the legendary pub “The Cavern”. Their European projection has also taken them to the stage of the prestigious “Beatles Day” in Mons (Belgium) and to participate in the tenth edition of the French “Beatles Night”, held in Lille. In 2016, they were again invited to the 30th anniversary of the “International Beatles Week” in Liverpool, where they gave eight concerts at iconic venues in the city.
